Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
We offer reverse pick-up service for a flat fee of Rs. 100 per order, regardless of the number of items returned.
You’ll receive two attempts for the courier to pick up your return shipment. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the item yourself.
Reverse pick-up availability depends on your area’s pin code.

Processing & Refunds

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, store credit will be issued within 1-2 business days of the return pickup, sent to your registered email/phone number.
For prepaid orders, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account.
Refunds via bank transfer are available only for prepaid orders placed directly on our website.
COD payments will be converted into store credit, usable at any time.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our website.

Cancellations can only be accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged products received.
Printing errors, such as incorrect placement, damaged print, or color issues.
Incorrect product delivered (with a preference for replacement).
Cancellations must be requested before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit.
